Working from home definitely has its pros, and certainly has it cons. Often times it seems very one way or the other, and never even-flow. It is a challenge to have a consistant level of motivation, day after day. Unlike a normal job, where you look forward to the hour hand hitting the 5 or 6pm mark and you are free, you are never really 'free' from yourself if you are the only one have to answer to.
